Spawns 2 wormhole portals in random positions in every room.

Shooting tears into one of the portals will shoot them back from the other portal to the nearest enemy, whilst applying random effects to them, and increasing their damage by 50%.

Enemy projectiles can also be caught by the portals and they will deal damage to enemies instead of Isaac when teleported. However, they do not gain random effects.

Occasionally, the portals will explode and burst into tears that deal 75% of Isaac's damage, before respawning on new positions.

When the portals burst, there's a small chance to spawn one of the following joke content:
• 5% - Randy The Snail with a cupcake skin for the rest of the room
• 2% - HoneyFox or HoneyFox Worm - harmless entities
• 1% - friendly Nuclear Throne Fish

The following effects can be applied from the portals:
• 34.72% - nothing
• 26.04% - homing
• 17.36% - random tear effect: pectral, piercing, pulsing, wiggle, spiral, flat, square, horizontal-turning, or boomerang
• 11.46% - duplicates the tear
• 6.94% - 2x damage
• 3.47% - 1.5x shot speed

Bombs can also be placed into portals and they have a 33.33% chance to a random bomb effect on the other side: Bobby-Bomb, Golden Bomb, Fast Bombs, Sad Bombs, Bomber Boy, Blood Bombs, Brimstone Bombs, Glitter Bombs.

Bomb damage is also increased by 50%.
